What’s it all about?

My name is Mike, and I’ve been a Pilates teacher since 2003. More recently, I’ve been introduced to the work of Gary Taubes, Mark Sisson, and Robb Wolf (to name a few). This has led me to some very exciting ideas in relation to exercise, diet and other lifestyle choices, and also to questions about how I approach my job and clients.  The Paleolates blog is an opportunity for me to wrestle with questions/thoughts related to Pilates, strength, exercise, nutrition and health in general.
